Technical consultancy

RFIP helps organisations understand the reality of designing and installing RFID systems.  We explain the physics behind RFID and describe what is likely to work in practice and what will probably fail.  We are vendor-neutral.

Chris Turner and Bertus Pretorius have significant experience of working with RFID in South Africa.  Although Chris is now based in the UK, he visits South Africa regularly and contributes to the development of RFID standards and regulations in South Africa.  For more details, click here.

Technical training

AFRITAG RFID conferences

The Afritag conferences organised and run by smart x, the Smart Card Society of Southern Africa, provide unique forums in which members and their guests have the opportunity to exchange information, learn about global developments in RFID and supply chain applications and network with each other.
